The Clean Energy Community Initiative’s planning council is made up of a growing network of clean energy partners led by the College of Engineering, Department of Life Sciences Communication, and the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Bringing key insights in utility-scale clean energy technology implementation, as well as partnerships with customers, communities, regulators, and other stakeholders, Alliant Energy is an important partner for enabling a clean energy transition in Wisconsin in which all electricity generation is affordable, safe, reliable, and sustainable.

Partnering with 107 utilities in Wisconsin, FOCUS ON ENERGY® empowers Wisconsinites—homeowners, renters, businesses, farms, and schools—to reduce energy usage by installing cost-effective energy efficiency and renewable energy projects to create local jobs, strengthen the economy, upgrade local infrastructure, and improve the environment.
